ACHIEVE YOUR HAUORA GOALS

Life is too short to be living and feeling like you're being limited by pain; in our appointments we'll curate a health and wellbeing treatment plan together that helps you feel better for longer, and back in control of your life.

Roger Bull

If you’ve been living with chronic pain, discomfort, or tension that just doesn’t seem to shift, I understand how exhausting that can be. Whether it’s headaches that keep coming back, an old injury that never quite healed, or that deep stiffness that makes daily life harder than it needs to be — you don’t have to just “put up with it.” I’ve spent decades supporting people of all ages, from newborn babies to athletes and older adults, and I know how frustrating it is when pain holds you back from doing the things you love.

I believe in the body’s natural ability to heal itself when given the right support, and my role is to help clear the roadblocks that get in the way of that healing. With training in both classical and structural osteopathy, as well as cranial and visceral techniques, I tailor each session to suit your unique needs. By looking beyond symptoms to the underlying causes, I aim to reduce pain, restore balance, and support long-term change. For many of my clients, that means moving more freely, feeling more comfortable day to day, and having the energy and confidence to get back to the things that matter most.

When you come to see me, you can expect a calm and supportive approach that works with your body, not against it. I take the time to listen and adjust treatment to what feels right for you — whether that involves gentle hands-on techniques, subtle adjustments, or focused work on specific areas to ease strain and restore function. My aim is to help restore balance between mind, body, and overall wellbeing so you can move with more ease, feel more comfortable, and get back to enjoying life without being weighed down by constant pain.

Roger has a keen interest in working with chronic pain and also has classical training

With over 20 years experience in Osteopathy

With over 20 years' experience in osteopathy, my passion lies in restoring balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Using a blend of classical osteopathic techniques, including visceral therapy, I take a gentle yet effective approach to address not just symptoms but the root causes of discomfort.

"I love roger! I'm so glad he's back in Whangārei - I call him the 'zen master'...Wouldn't trust anyone else."
