DO I NEED A REFERRAL?
Kao. You do not need a referral to book an appointment with us.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a variety of health and wellness services from qualified and registered professionals, including:
Osteopathy
Counselling
TCM Acupuncture
Mirimiri
Physiotherapy
DO YOU ACCEPT ACC?
Yes, we are an accredited ACC provider, and we can even do all the paperwork for an ACC claim in clinic during your appointment for extra convenience.
Please note: Our Mirimiri and Counselling services are not currently covered by ACC. However, if you have a case manager and would like to access these via ACC, please discuss.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations on the day or not showing up to your appointment will incur a fee.
IS YOUR CLINIC WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, both of our clinics are fully wheelchair accessible. We have ramps and wide doors that can accommodate most wheelchair users. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all our clients.
HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?
Appointment times vary between each modality:
Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, and Acupuncture are 45 minutes long.
Mirimiri is 60 minutes long.
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long.
