ACHIEVE YOUR HAUORA GOALS

Life is too short to be living and feeling like you're being limited by pain; in our appointments we'll curate a health and wellbeing treatment plan together that helps you feel better for longer, and back in control of your life.

Michael Beynon

If pain, stiffness, or recurring injuries are keeping you from doing the things you love -  whether that’s sport, work, or just daily life -  I get it. I’ve been there myself. I know how frustrating it is to feel like your body is holding you back, and how easy it is to lose confidence in what you can do. That’s why I became an osteopath: to help people like you move with freedom again and trust in your body’s strength with the right support.

My approach blends hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation, giving you the best of both worlds. We’ll start by calming down the pain, then build strength and resilience with tailored rehab strategies, and where it’s needed, shockwave therapy to support recovery. You’ll also leave with practical advice you can use outside the treatment room and between sessions to support your progress. My background in sports therapy means I can guide you to build confidence in your body through rehabilitation exercises and support, either in clinic or at our local gym. But this isn’t just for those recovering from an injury on the field - whether you want to run, garden, lift your kids, or simply get through the workday without that nagging ache, I’ll help you find ways to move that feel achievable and sustainable.

When you come in, you’ll find a treatment style that’s relaxed, professional, and focused on what matters most to you. For me, it’s about more than quick fixes - it’s about giving you the right support that empowers you to feel strong and capable long-term. I’ll take the time to explain what’s going on, work alongside you to set goals, and give you the tools to stay on top of your health and hauora in a way that fits into your lifestyle. If you’re ready to reduce pain, rebuild confidence, and get moving again, I’d love to help make it a reality.

"This was my first time ever visiting an osteopath. I tell you, I'm really glad I chose haerenga hauora. I met a wonderful gentleman named michael. He is really knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He quickly found what the cause was of my back pain and once he tackled that I felt a huge difference. They should call him Michael - magic mike 😁. He has really helped me so much."
