With over a decade of experience working with neurodivergent youth, Rach combines a strength-based, person-centred approach to support her clients. Her sessions are designed to empower clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
Michael Beynon

Michael’s journey into osteopathy was inspired by his own experiences from sports injuries. He’s dedicated to helping people overcome pain and achieve lasting results, with a special focus on sporting injuries and shoulder, neck, to lower back issues. Michael’s approachable, down-to-earth style and love for banter make his sessions both effective and enjoyable. He believes in the value of investing in your health to ensure a brighter, pain-free future.
Alex Davie
Alex has a background in personal training, yoga, breathwork, and natural movement, he approaches health through an evolutionary lens, emphasizing nourishment over punishment. Alex’s treatments combine effective manual therapy, personalised lifestyle advice, and tailored exercise programs to help clients achieve real, lasting results. When he’s not helping clients, Alex enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu and honing his bushcraft skills in the great outdoors.
Justin Miller
Justin is known for his skilled adjustments and his dedication to bringing the body back into harmony and alignment. Combining hands-on therapeutic techniques from both osteopathy and traditional Chinese medicine, Justin is trained in cranial and structural osteopathy as well as TCM acupuncture. His holistic approach ensures comprehensive care for his clients.
Roger Bull
With nearly two decades of experience, Roger is affectionately known as the "Zen Master" among his clients. Trained in both classical and structural osteopathy, his approach is grounded in the philosophy that a healthy mind, body, and spirit are essential for optimal health, and the belief in the body's natural ability to heal itself. Roger’s commitment to understanding each patient's needs ensures the best possible health and recovery outcomes for you.
Hera Cotter
Hera is of Ngati Kahu ki Whangaroa descent, an experienced Kairomiromi with a passion for our traditional healing arts and education. She comes from a long line of healers. Hera has more than six years of designing, facilitating, and delivering Romiromi wānanga, workshops and practices.
She is an ACC registered Hauora Māori vendor who is a Kairomiromi and wānanga facilitator in private practice in both Tamaki and Te Tai Tokerau.
