Rach is known for her behavioural and neuro-affirming work. She brings a relaxed, approachable style and has a knack for making clients feel at ease. With over a decade of experience working with neurodivergent youth, Rach combines a strength-based, person-centred approach to support her clients. Her sessions are designed to empower clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

Michael takes an active, movement-led approach to osteopathy, focusing on how the body functions, adapts, and recovers. His sessions combine hands-on treatment with practical exercise strategies that restore natural movement patterns and support long-term change. With a background in sports therapy and additional training in shockwave therapy, Michael works with clients to reduce pain, improve function, and build lasting confidence in their bodies.

Shyanne is of Ngāpuhi descent and is a Clinical Massage Therapist and Mirimiri practitioner. Guided by aroha, kaitiakitanga, and wairua, her mahi supports people experiencing tension, pain, stress, and disconnection from their tinana through evidence-informed Massage therapy and Mirimiri, offered as separate services to support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Benji is an experienced massage therapist with over 16 years of hands-on practice, supporting people across all stages of life and activity levels. His work focuses on easing pain, reducing tension, calming the nervous system, and improving mobility through personalised, therapeutic massage. Known for his calm presence and intuitive touch, Benji works with everyone from athletes and tradies to office workers and those simply needing time to reset.

Justin offers two distinct services at Haerenga Hauora: Osteopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture. Trained in both cranial and structural techniques, he supports clients through musculoskeletal, nervous system, and energy-related concerns. Justin in known for  his skilled adjustments and his dedication to bringing the body back into harmony and alignment. With a calm presence and skilled hands, Justin helps bring the body back into balance using tailored treatment plans that honour both science and tradition.​

Hera Cotter

Hera is of Ngati Kahu ki Whangaroa descent, an experienced Kairomiromi with a passion for our traditional healing arts and education.  She comes from a long line of healers.  Hera has more than six years of designing, facilitating, and delivering Romiromi wānanga, workshops and practices.
 

She is an ACC registered Hauora Māori vendor who is a Kairomiromi and wānanga facilitator in private practice in both Tamaki and Te Tai Tokerau.
