I’m a qualified massage therapist with over 16 years’ experience, and it’s been a privilege to work with people across Whangārei from all ages and walks of life. I regularly support professional sportspeople, weekend warriors, tradies, gardeners, office workers, and those simply needing time to reset. My approach is both practical and intuitive - I listen carefully to what you’re experiencing and use a range of hands-on techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and sports, remedial, or relaxation massage. Each treatment is tailored to your needs, with the goal of reducing pain, calming the nervous system, improving mobility, and supporting overall wellbeing.
