Many clients I see struggle with stress management and finding the balance between self-care and caring for others. That's why I created 75 Reset.

Inspired by the popular “75 Hard” challenge, 75 Reset is a mental health–focused alternative that helps you build resilience and create balance through five simple daily habits over 75 days.

So, are you ready to hit the reset button on stress and take control of your wellbeing?

Why 75 Reset Works for you:

  • Manage Stress: Rewires your response to life’s challenges using daily actions that reduce anxiety and regulate your nervous system.

  • Resilience Boost: Strengthens your ability to bounce back from whatever life throws your way.

  • Enhance Focus: Sharpens mental clarity, improves concentration, and supports cognitive function.

  • Cultivate Joy: Helps you rediscover joy and passion in everyday moments - and brings back that spark.

  • Complete Well-being: "75 Reset" isn't just a program; it's a journey towards a healthier, more balanced you – physically, mentally, emotionally, and nutritionally.

75 Reset was curated to be both manageable and completed within a timeframe needed to form habits that give awhi to your lifestyle long term.

Getting Started:

Commit to doing each of these five steps every day for 75 days. It’s okay if some days don’t go perfectly - the goal is to stay mindful and build habits, not to be perfect.

Vision board with wellness, movement, and self-care goals

  • Create a vision-board Visualisation activates the same neural pathways in the brain as doing the real thing. Adding images and affirmations to a vision board helps train your brain to focus on what matters.

  • Don't overcommit Can’t do 45 minutes all at once? Break it into small blocks - 5–10 minutes throughout the day still counts.

  • Self-Kindness matters As always, remember to be kind to yourself and give yourself grace as you start this reset. Small successes are better than none; Every time you try, you're showing up for your wellbeing, and that's to be celebrated.

The Guidelines & Their Benefits

🥗Guideline #1: Eat balanced meals

Eat colourful, nutrient-rich meals to fuel your brain and body.

Benefits:

  • Improved mood and energy levels

  • Enhanced cognitive function

📝 Think: Brazil nuts, bananas, omega-3s, fermented foods (hello kimchi!), and dark leafy greens. The more colour, the better.

💧Guideline #2: Drink Minimum 3L Water, Limiting Caffeine

Water is life! Hydration supports our nervous system and regulates stress responses.

Benefits:

  • Boosts energy and digestion

  • Improves skin health

  • Reduces anxiety naturally

☕ You don’t have to cut caffeine completely...just bring more awareness to your intake.

🧘Guideline #3: Spend 45 Minutes Daily on Somatic Exercise

Somatic movement helps release stress through the body.

Benefits:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

  • Enhanced mood and relaxation

  • Improved Sleep

Engage in somatic exercises for 45 minutes a day to release built-up tension and stress from your body. Whether it's yoga, tai chi, or gentle stretching, these activities activate your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing the impact of daily stressors. Feel the stress melt away as you embrace movement for a healthier, more resilient you.

🎨Guideline #4: Spend 45 Minutes Daily Doing Something Fun

Joy isn't optional. It's a health strategy.

Benefits:

  • Sparks creativity, cognitive flexibility and problem-solving

  • Develops strategies for managing emotions

  • Boosts mood and dopamine

Engaging in activities you love sparks joy, releases feel-good hormones, and provides a healthy escape from the demands of daily life. Try gardening, painting, dancing in your lounge - anything that makes you smile.

✍️ Guideline #5: Journal for 10 minutes each day

Let it out. Reflect. Declutter your mind.

Benefits:

  • Reduced emotional overload

  • Improves mindfulness and focus

  • Develops self-awareness and growth

A powerful practice that allows you to reflect, release tension, and gain a deeper understanding. Whether it's setting the intention for the day with your morning tea or reflecting on the day's adventure, getting it out of your head and onto paper is a great way to declutter your mind and provide clarity.

You've got this

This month, take the time to reconnect with what matters. You don’t have to overhaul your life to feel better - small steps, repeated often, will build the kind of resilience and joy that lasts.
